Why Rishid?  A very common question answered on shrines is why a character is considered good enough for one.  In many cases, the answer is a simple one.  "He's hot."  "He's my favorite character."

To some people, Rishid may seem like a strange choice of character to build a shrine to.  He's a minor character, and a villain's flunky at that.  However, he's loyal, family oriented, and likes kids.  He doesn't want to be a villain, but he won't say no to Malik.  He's kind.  He takes care of others to his own personal harm.

Aside from that, he's hot.  And I mean HOT.  He's tall, very masculine looking, broad shoulders, muscular.  He has that one pony tail as all of his hair, but you can see from just that little bit that his hair is thick.  With a full head of it, it would probably be very fur-textured.

There are just so many good things to say about Rishid, but most young fans can't see past the fact that he's not an adolescent pretty-boy.  There's more to life than Malik and Yami Bakura, yet many can't  see that.  In every "What character do you want to date?" poll, they lead the pack, with people seeming to forget the fact that they would likely kill someone rather than dating them.

Rishid: the mature fan's alternative.
